In an attempt to repay some of the users of this board, I'd like to offer GM p/u truck owners something I now have available. I just got ahold of the GM service manuals for '97 model year GM trucks- 1/2 to 1 ton. These are not chiltons, these are the GM issue books- each are 3" thick and two volumes. If you need info or schematics or how to's, feel free to email me. Have scanner, will travel.. :-) I can even evaluate casting codes of engines and trans down to day and shift of mfr. I'm pretty sure most details will be a close fit for adjacent model years as well- such as 95 thru 98. Just a token of thanks for all the help you guys have given. So anyone owning such a beast, tuck my email address in your back pocket for future reference!
