I would drain the entire system and replace with 30 Wt. NONDETERGENT motor oil, Hydraulic oil causes the problem your discribing, regular 30 wt. detergent oil foams up too much. the factory built these things to run on 30 wt. nondetergent oil so that's what you should run.
