IH 424 Hydraulic cylinder o ring replacement

This is in the heavy unit the seat bolts to. Have taken out retaining bolts that hold unit to tranny. Fluid pipes are removed. 3 point hitch arms are disconnected. Problem is i can't get the unit to lift up. Hooked come along and chain to barn rafter. Near about lifted the tractor and it still won't break loose. Even put wd40 around the alignmet studs. Help!!!!!!! Thanks, Mike
