Just got done reading the " dodge trucks going to the birds" thread. I really wonder what version bible he has and which congregation he worships at.

James, I read most all the post on here to kill time at work. Your link is the first thing I have laughed out loud at in a long time. Classic.

I think the Santa=Satan rant was better, that was like some old school SNL Church Lady stuff there.

Any one here ever see the old movie Porky's 2 The Next Day? It the sequel to the first one where the preacher tries to shut down a school play. Preacher's name is Bubba Flable. It's kinda raunchy but it is about as funny as the first one which is one of my favorite movies of all time. Just wander'n if any one else had ever seen it.

He made me sick as he was implying the young boy was going to be Gay.

you hear it every day just about of a preacher getting kicked out of a church for the same reason ?????

He is getting his inspiration from the Holy Spirit but think may be some Johnny Walker there also.

All I was thinking about saying was. The child was lucky and got his looks from his Mother instead of his Father.

Seriously, I mean, the founders of this forum intended for it to not have any religious bigotry, but I'm not at any inclination to stop anyone from doing so.

Freedom of speech is a remarkable thing to have in this country, but i'll tell ya, my grandfather always told me this proverb in the Bible, which is pretty much saying that a fool would be wise to keep his mouth shut.

I really believe in his holy name, but I am scared of the Bible salesman.

I don"t think Joe has read the scripture that talks about fruits of the Spirit. If he did he apparently has a lot of rotten fruit in his basket. Yes I believe he has set a record this time. I hope people on here don"t turn their backs on God because of this man. Just remember even satan believes and preaches the word of God, he just doesn"t live by it.

Also I guess the verse that says "if you do it the least of these you do it to me" doesn"t ring a bell with Joe.

Some folks--and this may include Joe--claim that they "call 'em as they see 'em." I think the truth in Joe's case may be that perhaps he "calls 'em as IF he sees 'em." [Matthew 7:3-5 being my reference here.]

Yep, it's a new record. Saying mean and cruel things about an innocent child in a neat set of pictures posted by one of the most respected members we have here, and then turning it into another one of his off the wall "preaching" sessions. Dave, we have witnessed a new low in the life of joe.

Yes, Joe hit rock-bottom today. I thought that those were cute pictures, a boy looking at a bird's nest, and learning about nature..

I really feel sorry for Joe, since he is so angry that he has to lash out at any and everything. Something terrible must have happened to him to make him so bitter...

I just thought it interesting that he says he is a preacher and then does nothing but judge others and degrade them. Now in this part of the country and in the churches I have attended that just isn't proper conduct for a preacher. Instead of condemning and attacking he should instead be trying to teach and enlighten in a respectable way if he feels that is needed.

Personally I think he is just someone who likes to stir up everyone to see what they will say. I just consider the source and let it go at that.

Jeff, you have perhaps heard of the reverend Jerimiah Wright and his "preaching" and who his follower was until he was brought to public notice ?
