What's the deal on the 5088 for sale in the photo ads. It says it cranks and drives, but is TEXAS clean air salvage and will have a hole in engine block and cut frame. Lee

This may be the dumbest program in history, wasting tons of money. On a side note looked like a decent tractor

I put the ad in the photo ads. Yes it is under a clean air act grant and I will be the first to agree that it's a waste of money. It's my friends tractor and he doesn't do much computor. There are alot of farmers that got NEW tractors and big trucks but I didn't put enough hours/year to apply. Tx Jim
