Just bought a Case 1175. I put a blade on the 3 point left and it will not lift execept when it is ai full throttle and only about 2in. When I throttle down the lift lowers.

If you check the archives on the Case board you will find several past discussions regarding this problem with the 70s series.

It is also possibly a problem w/ releif valve, but you need to check your pressure at the remotes to start narrowing it down.

I have not put a gage on the remotes yet. When I move the remotes the trator loads up and I can tell they have pressure.

Have you checked the pressure at the remotes? That is your next step. If pressure at the remotes is good, you likely have a problem in the valve. If there is low pressure at the remotes, odds are the pump is kaput. Good luck.
