Anyone out there got any experience with a Dresser 530c loader? I'm stuck on one and could use some help! It won't move...all other hydraulics work except transmission. Need help with troubleshooting...cannot find a repair manual.

No. It was bought like this and has sat for a few years. Have good pressure coming from the pump (2200-2300 psi). I have found a few valves that were rusty that I have honed/cleaned up to get functional again but it"s almost like there is no pressure getting to the clutches in the trans allowing it to shift into gear. I am tracing the hyudraulics as best as I can without a manual but that"s a daunting task. Do you know the path the hydraulic fluid takes from the pump all they way thru the trans? I have pressure getting down to the trans but apparently not inside to do the shifting.

Since Dresser sold this to Furival and was sold again you may want to contact this man by email
that's still with Dresser. Here's a web site to contact the company that has the business now. You will need to change the last 2 letters for your state to find someone in your area. Hal
