I recently inherited an old Ford tractor. I am having a hard time finding out exactly what it is. I think it is a '54. It has a 4 speed, hi and lo selector, pto, headlights coming off the top of the tractor not the side, toolbox in the floor. Everything works. It has what I think is a '54 round hood emblem. I can't find a serial number below the head. It looks like there is something written near the starter on that flat. It also has a lever right under the seat on the right side. It's not the pto engagement lever though. I'm not sure what it does. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Try this site. Scroll down past all the 9N 2N and 8N data until you get to NAA/Golden Jubilee. Compare that to the Hundred series that comes after that.

The toolbox makes it sound like an NAA.

It can't be a 54 and a Jubilee. The Jubilee's were made in 53 only. I think it could be an NAA if it is 54. Or maybe a 600.

Model and serial number should be just behind the starter/below the battery on a flat spot on the bell houseing. The small lever on the right side under the seat is position/draft control for the 3 point.
