water comming out of stud bolt on farmall f - 14

hi there i just rebuilt a 1937 farmall f-14 engine after i put the antifreze in i noticed water seeping out of a head bolt buy the number 3 cylinder plug any ideas where it might be comming from and also dose anybody know if the sleeve should be tight in the block or a tinybit of movement on them when i took off the head and wipped the block off i notice all the sleeve move a little my brothe inlaw put them in they have the o rings on the sleeve any help would be very helpfull thanks gerald

14 were only made in 38 and 39. 3 guesses, crack, didnt torgue the head bolts down tight enough, or its weeping back up through the sleeve thats not tight enough. I dont know just how tight they should be as I havent had to pull the sleeves on mine.
