Ran across this somewhere recently, now there is a whole park for these pure white deer.

The proud hunter has a sort of 'deer in the headlights' look, too.

Hey Phil nice job!
I was raised in the Jersey Pine Barrons in a small town called Sweetwater on the Mulica river.
Whear did you get your deer? Most folks believe Jersy is all built up with chemical plants but the number one cleanest river on the entire east coast of the USA is the Mullica river coming out of South Jersey. It also has the highest consentration of white tail deer per mile in the country. Pineys are what we were called.

Hi stump a lump ,,I'm from Nova scotia Canada on thte east coast ,near Maine,,My reference to Jersey was to the color of the deer ,,multi colored like a cow ,,hmmm now that I think about it arn't Jersey's brown ?? anyway it was no reference to pollution or of your area..,But I can come down and clean -up some of your deer for ya if you want ..

I think it called piebald when they are marked like that. Shoot'em all..danged wild goats in my estimation....the farmers feed'em, the State claims ownership (but no responsibility) and they don't bounce off cars very well. There's more deer here in Kentucky than possums!

Read or heard somewhere that there are more whitetail deer in the US now than when Columbus landed. In view of crop destruction and other problems, kind of a dubious distinction. Picture in the local paper the other day of a 12 year old kid with his first deer- got it at 250 yards with a .243. The look on his face was priceless.
