Hi Allan,

If ya need another project, I know where there's a fox self-propelled chopper that (I'm guessin') would be at a doggone good price. If I remember right, its got a 2-row corn head on, may also have a windrow head. I'm stopping by the place where it sets tomorrow night. I don't have a picture, but could probably come up with somethin' if you're interested. E-mail's open.

Nathaniel
btw, its in Nampa, ID.

if ya ever happen to come across an Oliver SP- harvestor I'd like to hear about it. They were made by Fox so I could take the orange heads we've got now and mount them right up... I think they were powered by a big ol' hercules engine.

Wait a darned minute! One thing at a time.

Steve down in Arkansas wants my gasoline-gobbler. He just doesn't know it yet, is all. :>)

Hey I heard that! Speaking of gobblers. Youngest son took the 504 and was disking up some ground. Seems he was sowing wheat. I thought we were really getting into this farming thing. Nope, just a food plot for the deer and turkeys. Maybe they will leave enough to harvest so I can make a down payment on that hydro.

Hi Allen,

Naw, wouldn't have a use for it. I don't raise corn or dairy cows anymore.

Thanks for the thought tho,

Allan

No problem...Its at a farm where I bought a couple small grain bins.

Place was sold for development and the folks were selling excess equipment. Turns out I had met the owner when I was in high school, so I had a good visit, too.
