10 miles from home 4 inches, 5 miles, 3 inches. Home .3 inches. Boy, we could use a rain. BTW home is between Ottumwa and Fairfield, Iowa. We are fortunate that it is cooling off in the evenings, or we would be hurtin' big time, shades of 83. Mark

I saw that on the radar. I was trying to coax it to go a little farther north.
Go figure as soon as I get my 1st cutting done after getting alot of it rained on it gets dry as a bone.
grass is getting brown now. After the weekend in the 100"s it should be good a toasty.
STrange year for rain. Guy that works for me. he lives NW of Saint Cloud has not seen rain since end of May. He is selling his cows now.

I had to double check the rain gauge just to believe my eyes...4 and 7/10ths...and we needed it. The corn was starting to curl up just a bit. We should be good for a little while now. The ground sure seemed to drink it up. That storm developed right at the Mississippi and moved right across Southern Wisconsin...perfect timing. I'd send ya some of this rain Kelly C, but for whatever reasons things just move West to East.

Some neighbors of mine moved north to MN a few years ago.

Thought they are close to St.Cloud.

He works in a Granate mine.

Are you close to St Cloud?
