I have a MF20 LOADER TRACTOR WITH A PERKINS AG3.152 ENGINE. The only way I can keep it running is with the choke about 3/4's closed. I have rebuilt the carb. new points and plugs. Could I have a intake manifold leaking or another problem?

Did you do a good job of cleaning the carb when you rebuilt it? Did you get the float level set to specs? Did you install a new fuel inlet screen? Is there crud in the gas tank that is restricting the flow of fuel, how about the sediment bowl? And last, how about the fuel tank gas cap?
