There's a Fig Newton commercial running on TV now with Colin Mochrie (of Who's Line fame) and a red tractor. Can anyone tell what model tractor that is? My guess is an IH W-4, but that's just a guess.

Thank you Marlowe, I was thinking it was a 90 or similar, don't know my Masseys well enough to know the different models.

This same topic was addressed a few days ago, and no conclusions were drawn. Looks like someone needs to see if they can find that commercial on the internet somewhere so we can get a GOOD look at that tractor. You guys who think it is a W 4 or W 6 need to get new glasses. The tractor in the commercial is equipped with 38 inch rear rubber. To the best of my knowledge, IH never built a tractor with a profile similar to the tractor in question that was equipped with 38 inch tires. I still think the tractor in the commercial is a Massey-Ferguson.

The flat fenders leads me to believe it's not a Massey, a Harris or a wheatland Farmall. I would guess a Co-op.

Howdy,

I was wondering the same thing. I'm going to guess some sort of Massey Ferguson standard tractor but have no idea which one. Of course, they don't show it good enough to get a clear look. God bless.
