3 point is rare on any standard, so i say yes its worth more if it has one. The same goes for PTO. Allot of standards dont have a PTO

That is a gross misconception. Almost all "Standard" tractors came with a factory PTO. That would have been true of many standard tractors into the 1930's, but from then until 1960 or so practically all "standard" tread tractors were equiped with PTO. Somewhere in the early to mid 60's PTO on larger standards started to disappear as there was no longer much requirement for them. I think that most of the smaller to mid-size "standards" continued to be purchased with PTO as they were used for rotary mowers and snowblowers etc. Belt pulleys disappeared somewhat earlier- mid 50's.

Do you think it would matter if it were a factory 800 series vs aftermarket such as the one currently on ebay item #7582358644. That's a good looking tractor.

Wheatland is another name for the standard chassis. The standards could be ordered with an adjustable front axle as well. The rowcrop chassis can be had with a single, dual narrow, rollo-matic dual narrow, a 38" wide, and adjustable round tube or square tube wide.
