I'm stuck in the field and Can't crank my tractor!
I need a Darn Starter. Any one out there that can help me? I aint got no use outa this old tractor. And my wife is mad cause I aint gettn no work done!

I HAVE TWO 230'S 56,57,58, WERE THE ONLY YEARS MADE. SEND INFO , WIDE OR NARROW, HYD, IS THE GRILL WHITE, DOES IT HAVE A CRANK HOLE IN THE FRONT GRILL ,ECT, S/N AND WE WILL TRY TO HELP YOU .

You need to find out for sure what you have, the 230 was not made in the 40's and the McCormick and Farmall versions were different tractors, do you have a row crop or is it a utility version. Row crop was farmall and utility was McCormick in 230 series but those years, 40's early 50's would be only a Farmall C or Supper C
