I have a Farmers Pocket Ledger from 1956, 89th edition compliments of John Botoner and Son in Blue Mound Il. Lots of John Deere info from that era inside. Are they still in business?

I'm from Ontario and really miss those Farmer's Pocket Ledgers. There was a wealth of information at your fingertips and I still consult them. Some of mine go back to the early 'Forties with one from 1944 when my late father bought our first tractor, an all fuel BR. Later , when he was asked why he didn't add electric starting and lights, his answer was that once he had to work land after dark , he'd quit farming. Just goes to show you how difficult farming has become since then.
