Does anyone know if a French & Hecht round spoke wheel, 6.00 - 36" with a 6-bolt center mounting plate was made for any model Fordson? Casting number is HC 126.
Thanks!

The F&H wheel for a Fordson would have a deep cone shaped hole for the wheel wedge with six 3/4 NC bolts holding it in place. The wedge is the same as the 1918-1928 F. Oliver used a wheel,i'm not sure that it was made by F&H, but it looks similar but the hole for the wedge is to big. If you have a wheel with just a plate and six equally spaced holes that would bolt to a hub they are for somthing else. hope this helps, ADAM

Adam,
Thanks much - yes, that apparently eliminates the Fordson F.

That size is close to a Fordson rowcrop starting in 1936 but they had a round center for a wedge.

The more I think about it they did have 6 bolt holes for the wedge.

Scott,
Thanks for the info - any idea what the casting number was on the wheel?
