Does the throttle control rod hook on the carburetor in the small cutout or the large cutout in the disk on the end of the shaft, where it attaches to the carburetor? The tractor has a governor and a holley vaporizer. On the throttle control rod do I hook the linkage to the long or the short side of the throttle control rod lever?

Thankyou.

Richard,

What brand of governor do you have and is the vaporizor a Holley Model 280? If so I may be able to help you.

Appreciate your response. It is a Holley model 280 with a Strand Governor for Fordson (brass
plate). Thanks Machineryman.

I certainly would appreciate additional information. Hadn't looked at the forum page for a while. Thankyou, Machineryman.
