Can any one confirm the correct sparking plugs (or equiv.) for the E27N. Mine's got Champion C5 fitted but I can't find any reference to these plugs anywhere.

Many thanks

The right sparkplugs are
Champion: C4 oreC5 oiriginal
Bosch: Z45T5
AC-delco: 78S
Sorry i don't have the numbers fore NGK.I have tried both the champions C5 And C4
The tractor seem to be easier to start with the C4,i think C5 gets dark with soot and the engine feels a little bit slower.I run the TVO model, however the traktor performs best with the BOCH plugs Z45T5,they are same as the champion C5 but still runs best.

Have you had any luck on type of plugs?
I have just purchased a "1950 Fordson" which I think may also be an E27N.

It is a 4 cylinder petrol/kero (gas/oil) with fordson on the radiator. Only one plug has any detail remaining and it seems to be "A5".

Cna you tell me the distinguishing features of the E27 and where to look for serial numbers etc??
