I don't have a book on Majors but I called my local Ford dealer his book says 80-120W on tranny and diff both. I did'nt think to ask the capacity.

Josh I'm getting in over my head maybe a Major man will show up soon, but it will work to fill thru the check plug. You'll just have to pump it in or use a hose and funnel. That's the check plug you found. There should be a filler plug in the top of the housing .

one lost paint what should i paint it?
she scared me s***tless today.
on way home on hill she soundled like was dieing.
open up throttle ran ok. opened up hood.
hot oil out everything then died thought sezied her up. turned out needed lil ??
so was i right hyd oil on plug rightby step.
trans has to have straight 140 gear oil/ same in diff. major here is geting new rings/ cluch in fall. paint too.
