WHERE TO AND HOW MUTCH OIL SHOULD BE IN THE INJECTION PUMP OF A 1963 SUPER DEXTA

Looking at the injector pump you will see a 1/2" head plug just behind and a little above the throttle lever. You take the plug out and fill the pump with oil til it runs out this plug hole.

To drain the pump oil there is a 1/2" headed drain plug in the bottom of the pump sump.

To put oil into the pump there is a large square headed filler plug on top of the pump just ahead of the fuel adjustment screw and injector lines.

You use whatever brand of oil you use in the engine. Ford says to change the pump oil at every engine oil change.
