Hello, I bought a Dexta 1959 2 weeks ago, the engine turns well when I'm able to start it, but it very difficult to do. I've cleaned the injectors, but there is something like an injector on the intake pipe, just in front of the preheating plug, which is connected nowhere. Does it have an influence ? Where should it be conncted ? Thanks in advance if some one can help me !

Herve,

The thing you are reffering to that looks like an injector is most likely the fuel primer inlet. When hooked up correctly a hose runs from here to your fuel primer button which is located on the left side down near your left knee where the fuel comes out of the tank. My fuel line was missing too as well as my primer button, so I made one using a Ryobi fuel primer button, I bought at the hardware store, and some fuel line. It works in conjunction with the glow plug. Don't however use the glow plug with ether or other starting fluids as it can damage the engine. There is lots of messages on here relating to the ether issue and some to the primer as well.
