Super Dexta Hydraulics Controls

I have a 62 Super Dexta that has a plate on the top of the transmission that auxiliary hydraulics attach to.

This plate has two controls. One is a push-pull knob that switches the power from the three point lift to the auxiliary.

The other has 'F' and 'S' cast on the plate under it and has a spring loaded rod that goes back to the main selector lever. This control has seized. Can anybody tell my what its purpose is, and how does it adjust? It has a knurled knob on it; looks like it should turn or pull out, but it won't.

Thast F-S control is supposed to be a draft control.

It does'nt go in-out or even turn, it simply goes towards fast or slow hydraulic mode by moving side to side to lift fast or slow.

The knob was to hand adjust the lever it does'nt serve any purpose except hand comfort for the operator.
