Stuck in Low Range

Got my '63 FSM up and running after an 18 month layup. Fuel injection pump was internally corroded, but the tractor now runs terrific with a replacement pump.
Problem is that the high/low range lever is stuck in low. Was not stuck before the layup, but it sure is now.
Is there a way to unstick this?

Can you drive the tractor? Or have you tried shifting into hi range without tring to move it? if so could be the way it is sitting. Looks like in the my opperators manual, the high low range leaver opperates a shaft that runs from front to back, when the leaver is pulled up for high range, it pulls this shaft back. When the leaver is pushed down for low, it pushes this shaft forward. Could be posible that the cross shaft that the the high, low range lever is attatched to, is seased up. You might have to remove the fueltank to access, and use some penetrating oil to free it up. Hope this helps
