The Robert Bosch FU4B is the correct mag for the Irish Fordson. The clutch pedal position is forward of the axle as on the early Fordson and not behind the axle as on the later English. After 75 years colors don't mean much. I have an English Fordson painted John Deere colors. It would have been a very light grey. Much lighter than the Early tractors. Red wheels. The round air washer was used until 1937 when the oil bath air cleaner came in. Irish air came into the washer through the bottom while the English came down thru the steering column. Irish rear axle housings are unique in that they had a axle oiling system and the housings had to be assembled in the correct position and are labeled "UP". By this time there may be any kind of feul tank. However the correct are mentioned above. Enough rambling on my part, Good luck, Butch

Thsnk you very much for your input. Maybe this summer I can hear some of that gear noise that I have been warned about.
