The hydraulic lift on my Super Dexta only works properley for about a quarter way up when in position control then it acts like its in qualitrol (arms come right up and dont hold position relevant to control lever). Anybody got ideas how to sort this ?

To clear this out I'm afraid you have to take off the hydraulics. There is a small pin in there on the link between the handle and the controlvalve which is about 1/4 of inch in diameter and maybe an inch long. This one slide on top of a sector who sits on the lifting shaft. Replace this one and your problem is solved.

Checked the pin in linkage and found it worn . The cam that works on the pin is olso worn and quite rough with lines scored in it. I am planing to turn a new pin with a slightley larger diameter on the cam contact side to see if this wil make up for wear . I would be glad for Any other ideas .

I used to have a Super Dexta. If I remenber, there was a lever on the left side of the transmision about half way between the seat and the foot rest. When the position of that lever was reversed then the way in which the hydraulics would operate (or respond) would change.

Yes i know about the lever. The hydraulics work correctley in the lower position (qualitrol- draft). It is position control the with the lever in the upper position that is giveing me problems.
