Hello. I have a fordson major diesel with backhoe attachment. Everything works great. Tires good and engine runs good. It has a rebuilt starter and starts right up - even after sitting for 3 months. I would like to sell this tractor, but need some help on a fair price. It is located in Ohio and I have picture available if that would help put a value/price on it.
Thanks in advance!

Price is relative for area and time of year. I sold my FPM last year for $2800.00 no attachments. But seen two advertised in your neck of the woods, 1 in Va w/hoe and loader less than $1200 and other in NJ $1000, hoe and loader. Seems I am in the wrong part of the country to buy tractors....Good luck

Keith

Its probably worth about $1500 or more for the tractor and about the same for the backhoe. It all depends on condition. Look to see what a comparable 8n sells for arround you and add $1000.
This is just rough guess, (Its really worth only what you can sell it for) Maybe start high and see what happens, then go lower.

I'm buying one right now for $2,500 with a shredder. It's been completely redone within the last year.
