Well, thought I"d post some picks to show those of you who helped me what I came up with. Its not the prettiest thing, but it works great and does what it is intended to do. Thanks to all those who have helped.

nice. I have a 1963 fsmdiesel with backhoe and ft loader that needs attention but it manages to do all that I need or expect of it with just a little attention now or then. Mine has water in the oil, so I guess I need to rebuild it.

converted the original starter, and switch to the bareco. Also 10si alternater and wire harness from Genesee. Other misc. wireing I am to blame. Looks out of place, but will be dirty soon enough.

guages 10 bucks each from wallmart (I hate that store), Ignition switch 220 dollars from bareco, came in kit with starter.

Front of tractor, Lights- 10 bucks each at wallmart, Seat 60 bucks from agpartz.com, muffler- 20 bucks.
