Did county ever make two-wheel drive tractors from the Fordson major chassis using the 590e engine like they did on the four-wheel drive pictured in the link? Thanks

I would like to find some documentation that they did produce them so that I could build one to pull! Looks like I'll be buying every book ever written by Allan T.Condie! Are you saying that possibly County could have made a two-wheel drive major with the 2715e (380cid) engine? That would be even better. I know that it CAN be done. I just want to know if it WAS done from a factory. Thanks!

The County 1004 had the 2703E 6 cyl 330ci diesel & the 1124 had the 2714E 363ci engine. But these were 4wds.

You need the book "County, a pictorial review" by Stuart Gibbard ISBN 0 85236 400 8. Picture 153. Go to www.amazon.co.uk

His books are all great, as are the videos.
