Need help locating the shims for the liners on a 1956 Major Diesel to get liners at the right protrusion of .002" - .004". I have 3 cyls at exactly .002" and 1 at .0015". It was suggested that I should get them up to as close to .004" as possible. New Holland themselves nor any New Holland dealers I have talked to can tell me how many, nor what sizes come for part # E194Z5. Where can I get shims and what sizes are they available in?? Thanks Robert

Majorman, Thanks. Yeah it is amazing how the New Holland can't (won't) tell me or anybody else what sizes they come in or how many in a package. I am at the point of getting some shim stock and cutting out my own. Thanks again. Robert

My New Holland dealer is the same way.I had problems trying to find valve seats for the head.

Let us know what you end up doing to resolve this.
