that air cleaner is standard equipment on the diesel priors. I have two 4 cyl 4000 diesels with that air cleaner.

Ya wanna sell that loader bracket?

Check under the front axle /kingpin flange for another bracket.

This tractor is on ebay... and it does have the front bracket, but not sure about the flat one under the belly.

Yep! I agree. By the time I get that pic blpwn up enough to see what you're talking about . . . it's too fuzzy to see it. I will guarantee it does not have anything to do with the throttle, however.

I am wondering, though, if someone didn't change out the air cleaner. I thought all the diesel 01s had the box below the manifold. You have the early thousand style ststem on yours. If that's the case, what you're looking at could have been a hanger for the early air intake system.

Isn't that air cleaner a dealer accessory? I have seen that style on other Fords.

That's the top mount for the one arm loader. The loader slides on this knob and put a pin thru it to keep it on.

You may be talking about the throtle disc. Rods connect to the carb and to the hand leaver.
