If you have a 1969 tractor I am assuming it is either an MF35 or 65. If it has live-drive transmission (Dual-Clutch) then maybe the PTO Clutch is slipping, that would account for loss of power. On the single Clutch it would slip driving the wheels too. If it is a Live-drive, there may be some adjustment that can be made but usually when they do this the engine needs to come out and the Clutch assy. overhauled or replaced. If want to discuss this further, email me at:- fergusontractors(at)tiscali.co.uk
tell me what the tractor is and as much as you can.....John

Since 135 and 165 production began about 1963, a 1969 tractor would be one of those, not a 35 or 65.

Could easily be that the PTO isn't shifted into engine driven gear.

If it wasn't in gear it wouldn't be classed as LOW power...more like NO power I would have thought. there is no difference in the operation of the 35 / 65 and 135 / 165 pto drive.

No one on this forum is a mind reader. It would help if we knew the model of tractor and the specifics of the problem. "Hydraulics filled...hoses checked.. NO Power..." just doesn't cut it. Is there no power to the PTO or no hydraulics to the baler, or both.....????? ?????

Could you be more specific on the problem you"re having? Is it with the PTO, three point lift, or other hydraulics? Let us know.
