hunting...you said you changed the steering wheel but didn't get the tag off it. maybe i'm misunderstanding what you are saying, but the data tag with your serial number should be on the instrument panel next to the steering column...not on the steering wheel. are you saying you changed the instrument panel also?

My TO30 has a custom made loader. If that would also work for a 20 I'll send you pictures. Anyone know?

Loaders are never standard items. They were an option though.

Jeff
I had assumed that there weren't any loaders offered as options and have been looking at designing one myself. Do you know anyone that might have pictures or anyone that might actually have one to look at? Also would you aware of any aftermarket loaders that can be used or adapted?

third party image

There was a loafing shead loader available. It went by the id number L-UO-20.

I attached an image of the manual I hope it comes through.

These loaders were relatively light weight. Made as Manure loaders not gravel.

As usual i found part of the information i was looking for by reading. I found the refrence to the Wagner loader. I am still curious about aftermarket or other loaders that might work.

I have a 1953 TEA that has a Scout loader and backhoe attached to it. The loader and hoe are made by Shawnee in the U.S. but I have not been able to find any history on that company. I can emaill you some pictures if you wish. I have the loader off the tractor right now and I am preparing to remove the hoe so as to make it easier to move the tractor around while I work on the engine which seems to be partially frozen. That is to say, it will turn somewhat but then stops. I am soaking the cylinders with ATF right now in hopes of freeing it up without pulling the head. *sigh* Some things have just come up and I do not know when I will be able to get back at the tractor but I do hope to get back at it soon.
