Here is what’s left of the linkage going through the draft control spring on my TO30. I think someone left it run loose way to long and beat it up pretty good. Also lots of corrosion. The shaft twisted in half pretty easy while I was trying to unscrew the end to remove it. I had the top cover off and the control fork inside clamped in position to avoid twisting it while I did this. Luckily I have spares of all these parts on the shelf I saved from a partial parts tractor I got 6 years ago. Also found no top cover gasket when I took it off, just some silicone and they left out the O-ring between the lift cylinder and top cover. The hydraulics actually worked fine like this, but I’m sure as soon as I put on a heavy load it would have blown right out. Should be good to go with some cleaning and new gaskets.
