I'm refilling my radiator after a flush, first time I've done it since I've had the tractor. Is there an ideal coolant/water mix for these old tractors?

DONT buy the 50/50 coolant you are paying for the water, just buy a jug of coolant and mix 50 /50 ,thats what i put in my 30 i live in mn and no problems with that mix ratio .marvin

Watch what you buy, a number of places sell pre-mixed (pre-diluted) antifeeze now, don't delute that any farther.

The best mixture has always been 50/50 unless you need more freeze protection

50/50 gives you a mix to -34. Your still dealing with a cast iron block and the usual items...

The 50/50 mix is right. That is what I always used.
