Bad Replacement Spindle?

I took advantage of the blizzard this week and snuck out to the shop for a few hours whilst the snow stacked up to finish up some projects (and hide from the wife). I've been pounding away at the carcass of this Fergy TO-20 for better than a year now. I replaced the spindle bushings, spindles, wheel bearings, and pivot pin and bushing. I got the wheels back on and dropped her back on all fours. Then I noticed something odd. The right hand wheel looks fine, but the left looks like the camber is way wrong. The top of the wheel leans out noticeably. I double checked everything and it isn't a wheel or bearing issue. The bearings are adjusted and seated correctly and the wheel spins true. There isn't any axle or spindle misalignment or damage that I can see. The only thing I can cypher that might be wrong is that the new spindle is defective and the angle between the spindle itself and the pivot shaft is wrong. Anybody ran across this with new spindles before?

Just put a new spindle on left side TO-30 and have the same results. " !*/ " . Did you ever come up with an explanation or solution? Thanks, Mike...

Not sure on the T020, but can you swap the spindle to the other side and thereby confirm whether the problem follows the spindle?
I have had a bent axle before on my TEA20 and you could hardly tell by eye.

I saw you first on the N forum - I check that one and this as I have an 8N and a TO-20. It sure sounds like somebody had the wrong part number on your new spindle. Two rights or two lefts won't do the job - you need one of each. Check the casting numbers - I'm pretty sure they should be different.

I wish it were that simple. They are definitely two different parts and I'm positive they're on the correct sides. Anybody think it may be machined wrong?
