165 3 point hitch lifting

my 3 point hitch on my massey 165 is lifting very weak. it will lift itself but if it can not lift any real weight. i drained the oil and replaced it with fresh. i took off the side panel and saw no top leaks but a lot of oil turbulance in front of the pump.any place i should be looking? what is the next step?

Nivk....not sure where you're seeing the swirl in the oil, but it's possible the safety valve(190 537 M91)has come loose, allowing oil to escape while under load. It threads in on the back side of the pump.

Your pump is just worn out. The valves in the side chamber are leaking and it wont pump very much.
