ALBERT,
I agree with all the other guys, you have a fuel flow problem. Pull the drain plug on the bottom of the carb and let the gas drain out, with the shutoff valve OPEN. You should get a strong stream of gas with no gurgling, etc. Like I think Jerry says " should look like a cow peeing on a flat rock!" Let the gas drain to fill ~ 1/2 a coffee can to make sure you are seeing the ACTUAL FLOW FROM THE TANK, not just draining the carb bowl. If that test gives you good flow, then your carb float may need adjusting. You should have 9/32" gap between the float & gasket. Also check your needle valve, it can sometimes get jambed down into the seat too hard during re-assembly and get stuck.

As RP2 says, you almost certainly have a fuel flow problem. Since you said you have good flow from the tank, check the flow at the carb as he says. If that doesn"t flow well, possibly the filter in the elbow where the fuel line goes into the carb is blocked. If not, then likely there is still a blockage in the carb, even though you rebuilt it. Congratulations on getting it running!

Please don't post in all capital letters, it's considered shouting.

The problem is a restriction in the fuel line to the carb. Overnight enough fuel gets through to fill up the carb and you're go to go for a minute or so.

Remove the plug from the bottom of the carberator. It should run gas out like a cow pee'n on a flat rock. If it won't then check the fuel line for blockages.

I had the same problem with my TO 20. The fuel line was plugged and if let set long enough the carb would fill up and run but would not stay running. If you have good flow check the float. Should be able to shake the carb gently and hear if the float can move. If so check the float ht next
