Hello Folks,

Bare Company in Australia offers a carburettor for the TEA 20, it fits and the tractor runs, but it does not look original.

I have heard people talk about this before, that they rather find a used one on eBay, before getting the non-original one.

What is your opinion to this, and secondly, 2 carbs were used on the TEA 20, the Zenith 24T2, and the 28G carb. How do you all feel, would a 28G carb. be a suitable replacement for a 24T2 on the TEA/D 20 series ?

I have a similar problem. The original Zenith on my TEA20 is badly worn and even the new kit doesn't improve it much. The replacement carby is around Aus$400.

Anyone know if it is possible to get reconditioned (and re bushed) original Zenith carbys?

I have TO 20 but if I had a TEA 20 I would prefer what was original equiptment. This applies to carb.,starter, dynamo, and radiator. Might have to recore the radiator but use the old tanks.
