3pt wont work at all

hey fellas, my TO20's got a problem, i went out to till my garden walla go, and my 3pt went up as i wanted it to, and then went down when i lowered the lever, but then when i went to raise the arms again, the thing wouldnt raise, i unhooked the tiller and tryed to raise it, but it wouldnt then ether...i attempted to lift the arms by hand and that didnt help either...i then tryed to lower the arms and they would not lower...i dont know what the heck happend, but i need to get the ole thing going...any ideas would be appreciated

John, i tried to wiggle the forks like you said, and nothing happened, and i also tried to email you and it said that i couldnt send to that address...so please contact me at mekellymoore@yahoo.com so as i can get the rite address to mail you back to...i have more info for you, but would rather just resend it all to you through email..thanks

Sounds like the Control Valve has stuck, remove one of the round side covers and you will see the Control Fork hanging down from top and going into the oil, just gently move it back and forward to free it off. If that doesn't work, email me at:- fergusontractors(at)tiscali.co.uk
and tell me about it and I will send you written Information about what to do when this happens and maybe more depending on what you tell me...John Don't stick your fingers in the oil.
