Hi,
My 23c starter has broked due to hard work. I have herd that the Ford 5000 starter should fit the 23c engine and that the Ford starter spins faster and therefore improves the 23c starting. Is this true? Does the Ford 5000 starter fit, and does it improves the starting of the 23c motor? Anyone who have tried?

Sparex do a starter 3kw HD to fit this engine. Sparex part number S60991. They do a 2.7kw version as well as the standard type. Order Sparex parts from your local tractor dealer.
