Bought a new toy yesturday

Drove 500 miles or so to pick up my wife ( well it think pick up the tractor)

Its a 53 TO-30, 4 miss matched tires, steering box needs some seals, one 3 piont arms is different for some reason, and the one wheel isnt original. No biggie really tins pretty straight for old tractor, it ran a year ago - with water in the oil :D then now its stuck from stitting- I might see if I can break it loose and maybe play with it before I park it ( more like save up and figure if im gonna fix up my JD 50 first ( it runs) or rebuild the fergie well enough to just run it for awhile)

My purchase had been sitting under maple trees for a few years. Imbedded and rotting leaves, etc, coupled with a green mossy finish.... Yours looks better. I found the non-standard front tires (aka hillbilly turf tires) to be just fine pulling a finish mower across the lawn.
