hello all i was wondering if there was ever made a front end loader specifically for the TEA 2085 that will bolt on with no fabrication? i just purchased a loader for a massey 35 thinking i could adapt it with a little work, but its a little to big and would have taken more time and fabricating than i could have done, so i returned it luckily the gent that sold it to me took it back with no problem. any ideas appreciated

I believe the loaders on the Ford 8N, such as the Wagner loaders, will fit it. I know they will fit the TO-30, as I put one off an 8N on a TO-30. I tried to put the same loader on a 35 and I found the 35 was about 2.5 inches longer, axle to axle, than the 30, more or less what you said. Point is, you might look for one on a 8N or 9N and it should fit.

Yes there were quite a few loaders made for the TE series tractors. Ferguson made the LUO which attached to the front axle, was ok for loading a spreader but didn't lift high enough for anything else. They also made the High-Lift loader, sometimes called the "banana" loader because of its shape. But there were loaders made for it by other manufacturers.

Jim that banana loader looks neat.Is that a 2085 tractor? Because were the lift cylinders are mounted underneath in the picture, it looks like they are connected under the tranny and my 2085 has no mounting holes under there at all.

That loader will fit any TE20 type tractor. It was fastened to the tractor using the studs that hold the foot rests and a bracket at the back of the seat held onto the top cover of the hydraulics

You should get hold of a copy of 'Ferguson Implements and Accessories' by John Farnworth, ISBN N0 0-85236-354-0. This is available, to order, through any book shop and will tell you everything you need to know about loaders and all other Ferguson implements. This book is a 'must have' for any Ferguson owner or enthusiast.
