I am still kinda new to the ferguson tractors. I would like to get a dirt scoop hooked up to my 3-pt to make cleaning up of corrals and stalls easier. (I will be loading it up with very light Llama pellets!) My tractor is a to-20. Any advice would be really helpfull as to where to buy one. Or do I have to make one?

Bernie, I use a rear scoop for pooper-scooper work, but with horses... heavier poop.

Any 3 point rear scoop will work on your Fergie. Go to some farm / equipment auctions to see what used ones go for in your area. Or, buy a new one. The TSC units or King Kutters work pretty good from what I hear. I picked-up my scoop at a County road equipment auction, don't know the name brand, but it is seriously heavy duty and the latch mechanism had been "modified" so it has a real smooth action. I found it works better to angle the working edge of the scoop down, so when you pick-up a load it tends to make the working edge heavier, so when you go to drop it, it falls out by itself and your not back there jerking and pulling on the bucket to drop a load of poop

Farm stores in Iowa and Missouri carry them. Even a few hardware stores.

Orchlen, Farm and Fleet, Farm and Home, TSC, Theisen's, Shopper's Supply, Bucheit, Farm and Family, and value built... And farm implement dealers. Plus Northern tool (www.northern.com)

I HAVE A CARRYALL THATS 6' WIDE FOR THE BACK OF MY F 40. IT WORKS GREAT, I USE IT TO CLEAN OUT HORSE STALLS. IT HAS A LARGER CARRING CAP. THAN THE SCOOP SOMEONE SHOWED ON HERE. I THINK TRACTOR SUPPLY HAS THEM OR ABOUT ANY IMPLEMENT DEALER WOULD.

There was a Ferguson scoop sold at auction 2 weekends ago for $5.00. The same scoop was sold at auctiond this past weekend for $55.00. I am kicking myself for forgetting my ID and not getting a bidders number 2 weeks ago. No I didn't buy last weekend. My top price was $25.00 as I knew who bought it.

Look for a used one if you are not in a hurry. Just make sure it is reversable, (works going both forward and reverse). I purchased a used one this past fall for $120. Works great!

Try this link.. I have a rear scoop and must say, it works well. Probably the most bang for your buck for any implement.

I agree with Chuck, I have a Kink Kutter dirt scoop for my TEA and it serves me well. Very reasonably priced also. Paul F B
