Guys My tractor is painted red and grey.the I.D. plate says it's a H. Ferguson s.n. tea (0 or 2) 003384..... ..oil filter on left side ahead of the starter.....it has the up draft carb.....I'm hearing Fergies ended in '52

TEA's were made until 1956. If the serial number begins with 2 (203384) it will be a 1951 with 12volt electrics. You are getting your information mixed up with the fact that the TO20 (made in USA)finished in 1951..TEA's were made in UK from 1947 till 1956

My TO 20 SN is 50451...is this a 51 or 48 model? I have seen it listed as both.

Your tractor is a 1951 model if it was a TE20 with that number it would be a 1948 model...you have to go on the TO or TE prefix too because they both use that number series and that is what is causing you the confusion with the production dates.
