When using the hydraulic lift the 3rd arm contiually jerks against the spring and causes the linkage to drop. It seems this is a commom problem but I can't find the info to fix it. Can anyone help?
Cheers and thanks from Welshman's Reef, Victoria Australia.

The yoke needs to be tightened some to take out the excess motion in the draft plunger rod.

Trouble is that most of the time the threads on the yoke/plunger are going to be seized with rust.

The best and surest way to free it up is to use an acetylene torch to heat the yoke at the point where the threads are until it is a good cherry red and then remove the yoke while it is still hot with a small bar or large screw driver or similar tool. Allow it to cool to room temperature and then wet everything down good with penetrating oil and then reinstall the yoke and you should be able to tighten the spring enough so that the draft is less sensitive.

Try this link. There's a paragraph in there titled "Spring Setting".

It sounds as though the control spring requires adjusting (too much play in it) Email me at fergusontractors at hotmail dot com and I will send you the instruction sheet on how to adjust all this.
