f-40, continental gas engine. Son-in-law brush hogging and tractor stopped dead. Will not restart. No sign of electrical life. Sorry for the short notice request but I am gong to Maryland tommorrow for a visit and see if we can get it going. I have Big Dean's electrical trouble shooting guide. Any other suggestions.

When bush hogging, i have had a piece of weed pop the small wire loose from the distributor, just enough to lose connection. Look for that first.

Followup-Started trouble shooting and found that one of the wires from the ignition switch to the voltage regulator had broken off and was hidden under electrical tape. One butt connector and we we back in business.
