I just bought a Ferguson grader blade . On the nameplate has "Type B FO A21" and also NO.4976
It was made in Detroit Michigan.

I would like to know what tractors it was recomended for? I would like to know more about it for example it has a broken lever that is connected to an internal spring, what was this used for?? etc...

The blade was made for the TO and TE range of tractors so your TEA should handle it ok. The broken lever is for adjusting the angle of the blade so it will move soil to one side or the other.
