Hello folks,

I am in need of assistance to locate a spare part for my 3 point linkage.

First the story.

I was doing some leveling over the weekend with the box blade. One of the teeth got caught in the tire chain and by the time I got the tractor to stop bucking and dropped the blade a part that connects driver side lower control arm to the axle was severely bent. Passenger side lower control arm popped off the socket on the axle and was loose.

I am going to try and get this part straightened, but I think it has been weakened and would like to locate a replacement for it.

I also put a good size rip in the tire. Any suggestions on fixing it ? I put some rubber cement and compression strap on it, but not sure if this is going to hold.

Thank you for any help you have to offer.

I have any parts you would need on a parts tractor I have here. I have the studs that attach to the axle housings and I also have the axle housings if that is what you need! Email me at resden@tcei.com if you are interested in pursuing this further!

You probably can find your parts used at one of the yards or new at the dealers. It sounds like the tire needs a 'section repair', a heat process that vulcanizes a new section in. Check the truck and tractor tire repair shops in your area to see if this would be a more cost-effective alternative than replacing the tire
